Creators and UGC in 2026

The most effective channel in consumer mobile today, and the most saturated at the top end.

The play

5 steps, in the order they ran them.

  1. 1

The format is one unbroken screen recording. The cursor sits in a real app, Slack or Gmail or a code editor, the creator holds fn on Mac or Ctrl+Win on Windows, talks, releases, and the finished paragraph lands all at once. Flow shows nothing on screen while you speak, so the release is the payoff. No talking head, no intro, no cut. Film your own version of that single moment yourself before you brief anybody else.

done whenCan your core action be filmed in one take, cold, with no edit? If you need a cut to hide a wait or a setup step, you have a screenshot product and creators will make slideshows instead of demos.

  2. 2

Flow builds the end frame into the product. Insights > Your Usage shows a words-per-minute gauge with a Top X% ranking against global typing speeds, a streak heatmap, and a breakdown of where you dictate: emails, AI prompts, documents. A share carousel turns those into branded cards you copy as an image or post straight to X and LinkedIn. The creator designs nothing. Build the one stat screen your users would screenshot unprompted.

done whenDoes your app show a user a number about themselves they did not have before? Billing totals and seat counts are not it. If nothing in your UI is worth screenshotting, there is no end frame to give.

  3. 3

There is no seeding cost here. The free tier on wisprflow.ai runs with no credit card and no trial countdown, so a creator is already a real user before any deal exists. What the brand hands over instead is the media kit at wisprflow.ai/media-kit: dark and light logos, product screenshots, video, founder headshots, plus swipe copy and early access to beta features. Assemble that same folder before you pitch a single creator.

done whenCan a creator use your product properly today without you sending anything? If every demo needs an account you provision by hand, your creator pipeline moves at the speed of your inbox.

  4. 4

The cut is public and self-serve. partners.dub.co/flow is a Dub-hosted program: apply, get a tracked link, watch clicks, trials and earnings in a live dashboard. The terms at wisprflow.ai/affiliates/terms set 25% revenue share for 12 months after a customer's first payment. The stated bar is a public profile reaching productivity, tech or creator audiences, not a follower count. Copy the door, not the deal: a page strangers apply to beats an inbox you work.

done whenIs your offer on a page a stranger can find and apply to today, or does it only exist in DMs you send? If nobody can self-enroll while you sleep, you are the bottleneck, not the budget.

  5. 5

The brief is a rulebook, not a script. Flow's affiliate terms tell creators what it is not: not an AI writing generator, not a meeting transcriber, not a rewrite tool, and it never changes what you mean. Then: disclose per FTC, no competing product in the same post, published content stays up six months. Sponsorships route through one intake form at ref.wisprflow.ai/creator-inquiry, never email. Write your three is-not lines first.

done whenWrite the three sentences saying what your product is NOT. If you cannot, creators will describe it as the nearest famous competitor and your videos will sell that product for free.
