How SuperX got its users
The product runs inside X, so users demonstrate it to other X users simply by working in public.
Read from signals. Consistent with what is publicly observable, but nobody confirmed it. Check before you quote it.
You could start this on Monday. No budget, no audience, no permission needed.
- An acquisition cost that trends toward zero
- Growth that survives you cutting the budget
- A moment where the user has a selfish reason to share
- Zero friction for the recipient
- A product that is multiplayer by nature
Viral product in 2026
The best channel when it exists. But it is decided in product design, not in marketing.
Everything on this channel →The play
5 steps, in the order they ran them.

SuperX's escape hatch is superx.so/creators/[handle]: a live analytics page for any X account, built without signup and without permission from the person it profiles. Copy the shape. Pick the entity your users already argue about (a repo, a domain, a store, a playlist) and give each one a permanent URL carrying real data. The page exists before anybody registers, so your first hundred pages are about people who have never heard of you.
done whenOpen your own product and name the URL a stranger can land on with no account and still find something true and specific. If every real page sits behind a login wall, you have a dashboard, not an artifact that escapes.

The metrics are not the shareable part. SuperX stamps each creators page with an archetype (The Innovator, The Curator, The Visionary), puts a Share button directly under it, then lists everyone else holding that same archetype. A label is identity, a number is trivia. Give your public page one named verdict a person would repeat about themselves out loud, and group every page that earned the same verdict together.
done whenWrite the exact sentence a user would type above your link. If it is a number with no adjective, nobody posts it. If it names who they are, say it to five users and count how many correct you rather than nod.
- 3
Live inside the feed, not next to it. The SuperX Chrome extension draws impressions over time and follower growth in a sidebar on x.com itself, so every screenshot a user takes of their own numbers carries the SuperX interface in frame. If your product can exist as an overlay, a reply bot, a browser panel or a keybind inside the app your buyers already keep open, ship that surface before the dashboard. The demo happens accidentally.
done whenPull the last five screenshots your users posted anywhere. If your interface appears in none of them, you are running in a place their audience structurally cannot see, and no amount of content fixes that.

Ship one export built to travel as a post. The SuperX Roadmap Generator asks four things (X Handle, Goal, Timeline, Commitment) and returns a PNG whose tasks are tagged Critical, Important, Nice-to-have. That image is the whole ad. Now note what SuperX chose not to do: its Tweet to Image tool renders deliberately watermark-free. You cannot afford that trade. Your domain goes in the corner of every generated image and into the filename.
done whenSave one of your own exports, strip the context, and send it to somebody outside the project. If they cannot tell what produced it or where to get their own, that file is carrying none of your distribution.

SuperX keeps a wide grid at superx.so/tools: character counter, shadowban checker, best time to tweet, profile audit scoring 0 to 100. Most are throwaway traffic. The ones that compound end in a verdict about a human, not a formatted string. Build two, not twenty: one judging the reader, one judging somebody the reader wants to size up. Each gets its own URL, and the H1 answers the exact phrase people type.
done whenFor every tool on your list, write down what the user posts immediately afterwards. If the honest answer is nothing, they copy the output and leave, cut it and build the one ending in a score instead.
